I had a pleasant stay at this resort, although it wasn't the traditional ryokan experience I expected. The rooms were spacious and felt luxurious, especially with the in-room onsen. Dinner was absolutely exquisite, featuring fine French cuisine, and the breakfast options were delightful, particularly the Japanese choice. However, I wished for a more authentic ryokan atmosphere during my stay, as it felt quite westernized.
This resort offers a unique blend of modern luxury with a twist of traditional Japanese elements. The spacious suite featured an in-room onsen, which was a highlight for relaxation. Dinner was a lovely French fine dining experience, while breakfast offered delicious Japanese options. However, it didn't provide the authentic ryokan atmosphere I was hoping for, as the overall vibe felt more westernized. It's a lovely place if you enjoy a comfortable stay but might not suit those seeking a traditional experience.
This resort offers a different take on a traditional ryokan experience, leaning towards a western style. The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, much like a five-star hotel. The dining options, particularly the French dinner, were exquisite and enjoyable. However, if you're seeking a purely traditional ryokan stay, this may not meet those expectations as it felt more catered towards local adults looking for something unique.
I had a lovely stay at this resort, though it wasn't quite the traditional ryokan experience I initially hoped for. The suite was spacious and luxurious, similar to what you would expect from a high-end Western hotel. The dining experiences were pretty fantastic, especially the Japanese breakfast, but it felt more westernized, catering to locals seeking something different. Overall, it's a beautiful place, but don’t expect a pure ryokan vibe.
I was initially caught off guard by the resort's more modern approach, expecting a traditional ryokan experience. The room was spacious and felt like a luxurious suite, and I loved the dinner, especially the delicate French dishes. The Japanese breakfast was also a treat. Overall, it's a lovely place, but if you're seeking a traditional ryokan, you might be disappointed.
